 French Polish

All my guitar are finished in Brite Tone instrument grade coatings. French polished shellac can be requested for the soundboard at no extra cost. I sometimes use a water-based filler for pore filling and leveling on highly porous woods.

Shipping

Packaging and USPS Parcel Post, to anywhere in the USA & Canada, are not included in the above prices. Freight to all destinations will be quoted upon order placement.

Insurance will be added to the shipping cost.

Payment Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Sale include a 40% non-refundable deposit upon order placement, and the remaining 60% (plus transport and insurance) upon completion and prior to delivery. PayPal is preferable, but cash, money order or a check is also acceptable.  

Guarantee

I offer a 10 year guarantee on workmanship for the original owner, and a 48 hour money back guarantee, less the 40% non-refundable deposit.

No returns will be entertained related to damage due to abuse, as well as dissatisfaction with the sound, tone, sustain, or volume of the guitar, as these characteristics are open to individual opinion and interpretation. None of these characteristics can be guaranteed, due to the unpredictability of wood.

All guarantees will be considered at the sole discretion of the builder.

I offer a service that is quite unique, in that you can send your Redman guitar back to me periodically and I will perform whatever superficial surface refinishing or touch-up work is required, at a fee of only US$200.00, excluding transport & insurance. 

Please note that repairs and refinishing to the soundboard, as well as major repairs, will be handled on an individual basis.
